A Message from Sikh Assembly of America

On behalf of the Sikh Assembly of America, we sincerely thank you for your generous support and belief in our mission. Every contribution whether your time, voice, or resources helps us represent and uplift Sikh communities in the U.S. and around the world.

Your support enables us to advocate for human rights, security, and dignity on important platforms, from Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., to the United Nations in Geneva. Together, we are creating meaningful change guided by the Sikh principle of Sarbat da Bhala—the welfare of all

From Our Founder

At the Sikh Assembly of America, we work to protect the rights of minority communities and make sure their voices are heard. Since 2023, I’ve worked directly with members of Congress, including Congressman Dan Burton, Congressman John Doolittle, and Congressman Todd Tiahrt, and collaborated with international organizations at the United Nations in Geneva to drive real change and build stronger communities.

Meeting with Honorable Mr. António Guterres

Meeting with Honorable Mr. António Guterres

I had the privilege of meeting Honorable Mr. António Guterres, the Secretary-General of the United Nations since 2017. He previously served as the United Nations High Commissioner (2005–2015) and as Prime Minister of Portugal (1995–2002). It was an honor to engage with such a distinguished leader and discuss global initiatives for minority communities.

Building Stronger Global Connections

In this meeting, our founder, Simarjyot Singh, connected with key leaders including Mr. Mark Walker, Staff Director of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and Executive Vice President of Congressional Colleagues, and Congressman John Doolittle, former U.S. Representative from California and Senate Republican Caucus Chairman. These discussions focused on fostering collaboration and advancing initiatives that support minority communities worldwide
